Chinese Canadian Cultural Centre
Novita developed a business plan for this 625 seat theatre, built as part of a larger community cultural centre. Working with the Board of Directors, Novita determined the preliminary space and function program, developed the building criteria, determined the governance structure, and created a preliminary operating budget.
Today, the P.C. Ho Theatre is part of a vibrant community hub, serving both Toronto’s large Chinese population as well as other local residents.
