East York East Toronto Family Resources

Novita worked with the East York East Toronto Family Resources Program in the development of their organizational capacity in response to their tremendous growth from being a very small family resource program to their becoming the Ontario Early Years Centre for Beaches East York and Toronto Centre Rosedale.

Work included coordinating and facilitating a process with staff at all levels of the organization to develop human resource and program guidelines.

Additionally, Novita worked through a facilitated, collaborative process to develop the Employee Handbook of Organizational Policies and Practices.
