City of Kingston, Department of Culture

Kingston is one of the oldest cities in North America and it is richly endowed with a wide range of cultural resources.

Prompted by the launch of the City’s Grand Theatre which had been under re-construction for nearly three years, Novita led a year long process of cultural resource analysis and development planning which culminated in the formation of the Department of Culture within the Community Services division.
