Social Development

We have focused our social development practice in the voluntary and non-profit sectors.  We have worked with non-profit organizations focused on seniors, community health, youth and youth engagement, social justice, homelessness and housing, and environmental issues.

The world is rapidly changing around us, and social agencies have to be flexible, quick to adapt, and open to change in order to survive. We have considerable experience with new organizational and collaborative models, developing governance and leadership capacity, and facilitation and community consultation. We offer our clients this expertise to help them find the best solution for their needs.

Our work in the sector reflects the diversity of roles and experiences of the firm’s principals and associates, including our work in paid leadership, frontline staff, voluntary leadership (Boards of Directors), consultant and advisor, and hands-on capacity building work.
